1. About HCAF
Hoyi Choyi Anondo Foundation is a community organisation that organises Prathaa, an annual Durga Puja celebration in Mumbai. HCAF is not a commercial retailer, and nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell goods or services in the ordinary commercial sense.
2. Memberships & Donations
Amounts contributed through the "Join" flow are voluntary donations made in support of HCAF and Prathaa 2026. Membership tiers (Gold, Diamond, Platinum) describe the passes and privileges associated with different levels of support and do not represent the purchase of goods in a commercial transaction. Donations are non-refundable except where required by law, at HCAF's sole discretion, or in the event the festival is cancelled in its entirety.
3. Event Passes
Passes and entry privileges issued in connection with a membership are personal to the donor, non-transferable, and valid only for the dates, sessions, and venues specified. HCAF reserves the right to modify the event schedule, performing artists, seating, or venue where necessitated by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to comply with venue rules and behave respectfully towards other guests, volunteers, and staff. HCAF reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, any person whose conduct is disorderly, unsafe, or otherwise disruptive, without obligation to refund any associated donation.
5. Photography & Media
By attending an HCAF event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and to HCAF using such material for promotional, archival, and press purposes across our website, social media, and print materials.
6. Payments
Payments made through this website are processed by a third-party payment gateway. HCAF does not directly collect or store your full card or banking details. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more on how information you provide is handled.
7. Intellectual Property
